Classes

Sip &* Flow 

Sip and Flow classes are slow paced and beginner friendly. You have the option to indulge on wine (for attendees 21+) or non-alcoholic drink as we focus on centering, mindful breathing, warm ups, sitting postures and savasana. Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels. Props are encouraged and welcomed (i.e., straps, blocks, blanket/yoga pad)!

Whether you are new to yoga, have been practicing for years, or just this looking for a fun relaxing night out this class offers brave space for everyone to enjoy their own practice.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa classes emphasize the flow of movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by mindful breathing. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that focuses on flexibility, fluidity, and cultivates balance in the body and mind. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. Modifications are offered for beginning and advanced students.

Hatha Yoga

A gentle class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. A variety of modifications will be offered to encourage participation of everyone.You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. All levels- BEGINNERS WELCOME!

Candle Lit Yoga

Allow the stress of your busy day to quickly melt away as you enter a softly candlelit room with soothing music. The focus will be connecting with your breath, as you go through a slow-moving flow to unwind the body and mind from the your stress of your day's activities.

Power Yoga

Power classes are a strong moving flow that cultivate balance, stability, flexibility, and strength. Mindful breathing and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the poses flow between effort and ease. Modifications are offered for beginning and advanced students.

Gental Yoga

Mindful yoga. Energetic hygiene! Practice self care, self love and take some time for you. Connect to your breath and body and let go of your stress energy, worries and burdens. With a focus on action, alignment and breath, this practice features a nice tempo to find what feels good and listen to the body.
